Old Forester Single Barrel Bourbon has a bold and complex aroma of vanilla, caramel and honeysuckle. The aroma gives way to notes of butterscotch, baked apple and raisins on the palate, and leads to a long, silky finish with additional notes of vanilla, oak and cherry pie.

Nose: Bold and complex aroma of vanilla, caramel, simple syrup and honeysuckle.
Palate: Aroma gives way to notes of butterscotch, baked apple and raisins on the palate.
Finish: Silky finish with additional notes of vanilla, oak and cherry pie. It is medium to long in length. The texture thins quickly here, however, and it becomes a little light and watery on the tongue.

Old Forester Single Barrel Bourbon is made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. The Old Forester Single Barrel Program only produces a limited number of barrels each year and will remain allocated based on production constraints.
