Nose: Toasted oak, caramelized sugar, vanilla, and warm baking spice.
Palate: Dark caramel, seasoned oak, dried fruit, tobacco leaf, and layered spice with subtle char and depth.
Finish: Long and warming with lingering oak, cinnamon, brown sugar, and gentle smokiness.

"Heaven Hill Distillery's story began in 1935 in Bardstown, Kentucky, founded by the Shapira family (who still own it) and investors, partnering with Joseph L. Beam (Jim Beam's cousin) as Master Distiller, growing from a post-Prohibition risk into America's largest family-owned distillery."
