This 2009 Mariage release is made from 19 year old and 10 year old bourbons with a recipe code of OBSK blended with 12 year old OESO (OB indicates a 35% rye mash bill and OE 20% rye.) Bottled at barrel strength without chill filtration, 3432 individually numbered bottles were released.

Nose: Spicy, woody nose with clove, cinnamon spice, pipe tobacco, tea tannins, lemon zest, stewed cherries, and fresh mint.
Palate: smoky oak over cinnamon and allspice with added notes of cherry, caramel, lemon zest and minty flavors.
Finish: A lingering, sweet and smoky oak finish perfect for dessert.
Distillery Information
Four Roses Distillery is a special place with a special page in history. One of only six distilleries that were permitted to operate during Prohibition to produce medicinal Bourbon, it has an intriguing history. Sitting on the banks of the Salt River in the serene rural part of Kentucky, it saw ups and downs, until it was resurrected in 2002.
