Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches of 8 to 10 barrels at a time.
- Nose: Oak, dried berries, raisins, peanuts and baking spices.
- Palate: Raisiny dark fruit, cocoa, peanuts, spice, oak and fruity candy.
- Finish: Medium, peanuts, raisins and oak.

Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Kentucky Straight Bourbon Tasting Notes
An innovative release from Jefferson's, Ocean was aged for between six and eight years on land, before the barrels were 'finished' on a ship at sea for the final six to 10 months. A rich bourbon with a hint of salinity.
- Nose: Aroma of vanilla, caramel and burnt matches.
- Palate: Notes of butterscotch, vanilla, brown sugar, and salted caramel.
- Finish: Accented by sweet hints of citrus.

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Tasting Notes
Buffalo Trace Distillery’s flagship bourbon has been made using the same process for over 200 years! After spending at least eight years in these barrels, which are stored on the middle floors of the distillery’s warehouses to encourage the greatest temperature fluctuations, no more than 40 barrels at a time are hand-selected to create one.
- Nose: Vanilla, mint and molasses.
- Palate: Tastes of the nose with added notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise,
- Finish: Long and smooth with serious depth.
