Chicken Cock is a line of unusually flavored whiskeys with a chicken on the bottle. The Chicken Cock Cinnamon flavored whiskey leverages the current fervent popularity of cinnamon-flavored spirits that are so often recommended as a shooter. According to the 2013 filling with the federal Tax and Trade Bureau, the whiskey is produced out of rectification and flavor specialists Terressentia out of South Carolina but owned by Matti Antilla of Grain and Barrel Brands (formerly Island Club Brands) of Florida, though the bottle mentions a Chicken Cock Whiskey as the owner.
Palate: Cinnamon bark is the star in this clear whiskey with a hint of capsicum spice and subtle building heat on the finish.
Finish: Long lingering finish with a pleasant spicy reminder.
